My journey with Velocity and Powrblend started shortly after the delivery of my twin boys, Zayden and Zachary.  I didn’t worry much about watching what I ate because for one, I don’t consume much junk food and don’t drink anything other than water, milk or juice.  I also didn’t get out to the gym or get much exercise while pregnant because I was so sick towards the beginning of my pregnancy and then so huge towards the end.   I did still have to keep up with my 2 year old though and I was seen many of nights in my garage sanding and painting furniture for the boys room.  So I did get around a little.

To give you a short back story, I weighed 103 lbs when I first found out I was pregnant in February 2012.  I was an active one.  I visited the gym almost daily attending Zumba and weight lifting classes.  I was also up and about taking care of and playing with my 2 year old little girl.  I weighed myself the morning of the boy’s delivery (at 38 weeks pregnant) and I weighed 162 lbs.  I had gained 59 lbs!  Wowzer!  Yes, I know some of that weight is babies, fluid x 2 and lots of water weight, I am sure, but 59 lbs was a lot.  I was one huge Mama!

After delivery of my boys on October 16, 2012 and around the time that I started adding Velocity to my daily dose of Powrblend, I weighed 135 lbs.

At 135 lbs and dealing with a body that had major hip displacement and diagnosed with one severe Diastasis Recti (separation of the Abs), I was not able to do much exercise except walking and very precise abdominal exercises, while I was working on fixing my horrible separation.  You have no idea how much you use your abs until you have none.  It was difficult to even open an air tight bottle of Jam.  When the boys were around 2 months old I started to go to the gym and do some walking around the track with them.  I was also literally working my butt off all day taking care of two babies.  I had it way easy when I had my first, Lily.  Now I was up and down the stairs twice as much tending to babies needs.  I was sure glad I had Velocity that I could add to my morning Carnation Instant Breakfast.  Yes, with 2 babies there is no more time for you.  Velocity gave me a great deal of Energy and helped me get through my LONG days with the babies and my now 3 yr old.  It also helped with my cravings for Chocolate and salty snacks.  Don’t get me wrong, they snuck into my diet every now and then just not as often as they use to be. 

Before I started to even see lbs dropping on the scale I started to notice my knees, legs and face thinning out.  I was losing weight in areas that I had never been able to lose before (thighs, face, etc.).  I knew I had a journey ahead of me but I was determined to get my old self back.  By April 2013, I was down to 118 lbs.  At this point I took a short break from Velocity, while I recovered from a surgery I had to have.

When the 1Vizn Fit Club challenge arose, on June 7, 2013, I still weighed 118 lbs.  Waist=33.5, Hips=34.5, Thighs=20. I looked at this challenge as a great opportunity to help motivate me to continue my journey to the previous toned me.  I just wish I would have taken my measurements right when I started on Velocity, following the birth of the babes.  I do know that I measured 42 inches 2 weeks before I had the boys, so I had shrunk considerably by this point.  It would have been amazing to see, in inches, the transformation I made from the very beginning to now though.

I am happy to say that, as of September 15, 2013, I have reached well within my goal and have returned to the original me @ 107 lbs!  I lost a total of around 20 inches from the very beginning of my journey.  It took me well over a year to lose everything from my first pregnancy and I had more time for me with only 1 baby. My husband Kyle started taking the "Velocity" Weight Loss pill on August 29th.

His beginning weight was: 303 pounds

Unfortunately all that Kyle has done to change his diet is he has cut out Pop, which he drank about 2-3 32oz. cups of Mt. Dew a day.  He has also cut out french fries.  He is not doing any exercise, except for the occasional walk from his classroom at the high school down to the gym or out to the field for football practice.  I wish I could get him to go to the gym with me but I have failed at several attempts.  I'm still working on him though :) because who knows how much more he could lose with "Velocity" if he started working out.  I am still working on getting him to stay home long enough that we can get his measurements and take some pics for a before and after.  I know you are looking forward to those. :)


Now just so you know - the Energy that you feel from "Velocity" will affect everyone differently.
When Kyle's brother, Dr. Gary Sanderson, started taking the pill back a couple of months ago he felt an extreme increase in energy.  He remembers sitting in church about 30 minutes after popping the pill and he could not stop talking.  He was listing off to his wife, at an incredible rate, the things that he needed to do that week and that he needed to get it done right now.  -Gary lost about 25 pounds in 6 weeks.

Kyle and Dr. Gary Sanderson also stress that you must have a good breakfast before taking the pill.  It is important to not take it on an empty stomach and you need a good breakfast to jump start your metabolism to help increase the effects the Velocity pill has on you and so your body doesn't go into starvation mode.  You need to eat regularly and keep your body fueled for the Velocity pill to work properly.  Even if you don't feel hungry - make sure you do not skip any meals.

**I started taking the Velocity pill on Monday, September 19th.  I had heard from the CEO that a lot of people were taking the pill to get the energy from it and a 'side effect that they might encounter is weight loss'. :)  I thought I would try the pill anyway so I could tell others what I experience from it and how it effects me - being on the smaller side.
I started out Monday -Thursday opening up the pill and dumping 1/2 the pills contents into a protein shake in the morning before my workout.  While at the gym I experienced more energy while working out and when I got home from the gym I still felt great.  I didn't experience any jitteriness, dry mouth, or any other symptoms I had heard others had experienced.  On Friday I thought I would try a full pill in my protein shake and see how I would react to that.  I had a great increase in Energy throughout my workout and my day and a great deal of focus and alertness.  I was also taking the Amazon PowrBlend in the afternoon, which gave me a great boost of energy throughout the afternoons.  I did experience a little bit of jitteriness around the time when I needed to eat.  After I ate though I was just fine.  I noticed that when I did eat I was not able to eat as much as I usually would.  Sometimes I would make a full peanut butter and jelly sandwich but could only eat half of it.  Then about an hour to an hour and a half later I would be hungry for the other half.
