10 Commandments of WEIGHTLOSS - Lifestyle Change!




I just want to add one more thing to this list.....

DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!

The more water you drink the less you feel hungry. Also make sure you drink something when you eat your meals - Water, Juice, PowerAid O's, Crystal Light, V8....something good for you. Try it!
When you drink while you eat you will find that you will definitely eat less.
